Colossus miracle

When colossus miracle is activated in one city and other troops are attacking another city owned by the same player who activated the colossus miracle dose colossus make the troops attacking the other city scatter?

Depends what level it is, not all of them would scatter, if it is a level 5 colosuus and the temple and faith was high enough to be at 100 percent.

5/5=100 percent troops and ships scatter

Does colossusaffect enemies attacking your occupied towns too?

Also while im here, If you have a 2 of the same miracle how much do they affect the cooldown time?

example

2 temples

from 3 days CD to 2 days and 18 hours

anyway im sure their will be someone expert enough to know and reply here

No, it only scatters troops attacking towns that you own.

I think this depends on what level the miracle is at. But I don't use the miracles, and so I don't have exact figures for you. (From what I've heard, about 2/3 the cooldown time fro 2 cities compared to 1).

with 2 temples on a lvl5 miracle, cooldown is reduced to half...

The colossus will only work if you have at least one unit of your own in the ongoing battle.
