redeeming the santa coupon

I got an e-mail saying I've got a coupon on Ikariam... but I can't figure out how to redeem it. there's no coupon code anywhere for me.

The e-mail says to go to the shop and click on sponsorpay, but I don't see that option anywhere.

Anyone able to help?

On your Ikariam game, log in and click the ambosia button in top left corner

Then click aquire ambrosia

Scroll down to SponsorPay and then you've gotta do some offers, i never do those things so i didn't bother to do one but that is where you have to go for it i think

For most countries there is no SponsorPay listing (I went through them all), and the few that do have it show no offers at all.

Last time players set their country to Germany or USA,UK to get the proper redeeming option to show up.

Select UK to get Sponsorpay tab inside ika game to get Ambro.

SponsorPay is available when selecting Germany as the country. This is strange since I got an e-mail from info@news.gameforge.com, not the .de domain. I'm using GMail and it dropped to the spam folder at first.

Once I went to SponsorPay I saw this:

Alas, no matter which item I clicked on, I was not able to find any offers. I did find a field where I could confirm my e-mail address so when Ambrosia is credited to me I would be notified. My e-mail has now been confirmed, but still no credit.

I hope I didn't just get scammed.

Unless you have a different email , I don't see the Santa email mentioning SponsorPay

same problem

i'm having the same issues, but when i try "Request email confirmation" it says
